TELEVISED VEDIC MATHEMATICS EVENTS

We have heard from Motilal Banarsidass, the Indian Publishing Company that publishes the original book "Vedic Mathematics" by Sri Bharati Krsna Tirthaji, that on Sunday May 7th the Doordarshan will telecast a panel discussion on Vedic Maths at 3.30 p.m (1530 hrs) on DD I (National Channel) across India and it is expected that it should attract wide viewership response.

After telecasting this programme Doordarshan is likely to telecast the same on DD International which would have world wide coverage. This panel discussion will also carry James Glover video cassette clippings from England. On the television they will be showing how the Vedic Maths classes are being conducted in UK which could be an eye opener for the educational authority in India.
